Dr. Ashraf has PhD. in Food Science and Technology/ Cereal Science.
Dr. Ashraf is currently a Teaching Assistant at the University of Jordan to complete his doctoral academic degree program in food science. He is a dynamic Researcher, in the field of Food Science and Technology and helped many companies in product developments specially the baking industry including Gluten free products.
