2️⃣ You can download the award application form to fill and send to Award Committee within the due dates as detailed below

3️⃣ Last Date of Award Application: 45 Days before the start of World Food Safety Day Conference

4️⃣ Individuals may submit more than one nomination in separate categories.

5️⃣ Self-nominations will be accepted and you may also nominate on another person’s behalf.

6️⃣ All nominees must meet the requirements listed under each category and must be currently working in the food industry.

7️⃣ All award winners are expected to attend the World Food Safety Day Conference 2023 in any of the 3 locations.

8️⃣ Award winner will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

9️⃣ Previous winners are not eligible.
